From 0:00, 1st July, 2016 PST the payout rate and cookie term of affiliates program have been updated to the following:

For those cookies that were dropped prior to the effective date, the $3.5 payout rate and 30 days cookie term applies.

In June 2015 we have just launched our online withdrawal function. For your payout of May and all commission earnings in the future, please log in your account and click [Payment Center] to withdrawal your commission.

The benefits of this new feature are:

•     1. Quick withdrawal. Easy to operate in your account.
•     2. No longer need to send in your invoice before our internal batch processing deadline. Invoice will be auto generated when you withdraw.

Please bear in mind:
You can only withdraw your commission payout between 20th – 25th of every calendar month. If you miss out the withdrawal time frame, all your amounted commission earnings will be rolled into the next month payout.

Dear Affiliates, the CPA team of Alibaba.com will be on holiday for Chinese New Year from 18th -24th Feb,2015. Commission of January will be paid in early March. If you have any urgent questions, please contact your account manager.
